We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Sales Director with specialized expertise in the automotive parts industry or camping and sports industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales within these sectors and a deep understanding of working with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders. The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies to enhance market presence, drive revenue growth, and foster strong relationships within the target industries.

1. Industry Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in the automotive parts industry or camping and sports industry.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

2. Distribution Channel Management:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of working with retailers, distributors, and other channel partners.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to optimize distribution and enhance market reach.
3. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique demands of the chosen industry.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and direction.
4. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales and other departments.
5. Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics within the automotive parts or camping and sports industry.
- Provide regular reports to the executive team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the automotive parts or camping and sports industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a Director-level role and successful existing cases.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet ambitious revenue targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the chosen industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
