We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Account Sales Manager to join our team, drive sales, and enhance our brand presence. If you are detail-oriented, thorough, and organized, you will play a key role in sharing information about our company and products, as well as finding new sales leads and delivering sales strategies. Ideal candidates will have experience and passion in outdoor living and outdoor recreation products.

Base Annual Salary $55K-$65K + Sales Commission

Identify and develop new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with potential clients in the outdoor living and outdoor recreation industries.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities and target potential clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase our product lines and their unique features, emphasizing the benefits of partnering with our company.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials that promote our products and brand.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry developments to effectively address clients' needs and inquiries.
Manage and grow existing accounts, fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Continuously track sales performance against targets, analyze data, and provide reports to management.
Attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand industry knowledge and establish our presence as a trusted supplier in the outdoor living and recreation market.

Preferred Background / Skills / Competencies
The ideal candidate for the role of Account Sales Manager would have the following background & skills:
Minimum 3-5 years’ related experience
Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and pay attention to detail
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Kitchen and Bath Category product lines sales experience preferred
